Introducing: Modal 1.0

Modal 1.0 introduces a more predictable and stable client API by moving away from implicit 'magic' behaviors like automatic package mounting, making them explicit via `modal.Image`. Core functionality is now separated from additional concepts using distinct decorators like `@modal.concurrent`. Local file management is consolidated under the `modal.Image` class, deprecating the `modal.Mount` object as a direct Function configuration. The client release cycle is now batched for better predictability.
