Introduced a new, more reliable and stable Sandbox Filesystem API (in Beta) that supports reading files up to 5GB, writing files of any size, streaming in both directions, and syncing data to volumes V2. Enhanced CLI for Modal logs with historical fetching (counting or time-based) and filtering by various criteria (search, source, function, container). Added a 'recreate' deployment strategy for immediate container termination upon deployment completion, useful for dev workflows and Apps at max_containers.
