Opening up our free plan

The free plan's capacity has been adjusted to approximately 100k 1536-dimensional embeddings with metadata, reflecting the usage patterns of the vast majority of free users. Free indexes can now be retained after upgrading to a paid plan, serving as a sandbox. The pod type selection has been removed for free plan indexes, simplifying the getting started experience. The waitlist admission has been accelerated due to recouped cloud capacity. Inactive free indexes will be archived after 7 days of inactivity (1 day for ephemeral indexes), with archived indexes saved as collections.
