Announcing Vitess 7

Vitess 7 introduces major themes of improved SQL support (replica transactions, savepoints, session system variables), stability (rewrites of VTGate healthcheck, VTTablet tabletserver/manager), and innovation (VStream Copy for CDC, Schema Versioning, VExec/Workflow commands, dedicated connection framework). It also adds three new tutorials for vitess-operator, region-based sharding, and Docker installation.
