Orchestrator failure detection and recovery: New Beginnings

This post details the integration of Orchestrator into Vitess as a first-class citizen. It explains how the Vitess-aware Orchestrator leverages Vitess's topology server to understand cluster structure and expected states, enabling goal-driven failure detection and recovery.
