Revert a migration without losing data

Introduces a new schema revert feature that allows users to revert a migration with zero downtime and zero data loss within 30 minutes of deployment. This is enabled by Vitess's VReplication, which performs a lossless sync at the MySQL transaction level to restore the database to its previous state, including any data added during the erroneous migration.
