Redis 8.10: New Compact Hash & open-source features

Redis 8.10 introduces hash templates for up to 50% lower memory usage and 2x higher hash loading throughput with HIMPORT. It adds JSONPath extensions for arithmetic, filtering, and aggregation. Stream consumption is improved with MAXCOUNT and MAXSIZE for overall limits. New Set operations SUNIONCARD and SDIFFCARD provide cardinality. Atomic multi-element List movement is added via LMOVE BATCH and BLMOVE BATCH. Time Series gains TS.NRANGE/TS.NREVRANGE for timestamp-aligned multi-series queries and TS.READ for blocking reads, plus EXCLUDEEMPTY. Incremental backup and restore are introduced with the BACKUP command family, allowing staggered snapshots and incremental AOF files for coordinated cluster backups with lower impact.
