Managing Slack Connect

This post details the backend implementation for managing Slack Connect configurations. It introduces a new `slack_connect_prefs` MySQL table using Protobuf blobs for flexible per-connection settings, and an application layer with wrapper classes for isolated and extensible pref handling. It also describes the migration of admin APIs to Solr for improved performance and functionality in managing a large number of connections.
