This involves applying traditional financial risk factor models to understand Bitcoin's risk and its correlation with factors like Equity, Trend Following, and Emerging Markets. The analysis also explores common risk drivers among various cryptocurrencies using Principal Components Analysis and correlation matrices. The goal is to provide institutional investors with a framework for assessing crypto asset risks within a multi-asset class portfolio.
