Canceling Ongoing Deployments

Introduced a 'Cancel' button on the Vercel dashboard to allow users to stop ongoing deployments. This prevents deployments from building if they are no longer needed and allows queued deployments to start sooner. Also highlighted the 'Concurrent Builds' setting for teams to increase deployment throughput.
