Introducing Vercel Drives: persistent storage for agents

Introduced Vercel Drives, a persistent storage solution for Vercel Sandbox, allowing agent files to persist independently of their execution environment. This enables agents to resume work across different sandboxes and runtimes without manual file transfer. Drives support sharing state read-only across sandboxes and forking for independent experimentation. Drives are now generally available for Vercel Sandbox on all plans, with default sizes of 1 TiB (1 GiB on Hobby) and up to 16 TiB.
