Vercel Data Cache: A progressive cache, integrated with Next.js

Introduced the Next.js Cache (beta) and Vercel Data Cache (beta) to enable progressive caching at the data fetching level within the Next.js App Router. This allows for caching parts of a page as static data while dynamically rendering the rest, improving performance and developer flexibility beyond traditional ISR. The Vercel Data Cache provides granular cache invalidation by tag and a shared backend cache between static and dynamic rendering, with global distribution and instant updates.
