Solve tree equality and valid parentheses
Problem Description
You are presented with two independent coding challenges. For each challenge, you must implement a solution and then provide a few test cases covering both normal and edge scenarios.
Challenge 1: Compare Two Binary Trees for Equality
Given the roots of two binary trees, p and q, determine if they are structurally identical and if all corresponding nodes have the same value. Return true if both conditions are met; otherwise, return false.
Input
Two tree roots, p and q. Each node in the trees is defined with a val (value), left (left child pointer), and right (right child pointer).
Output
A boolean value.
Constraints
- The number of nodes in each tree ranges from
0to10^4. - Node values are guaranteed to fit within a 32-bit signed integer.
Challenge 2: Validate Bracket/Parentheses String
Given a string s that consists exclusively of the characters '(', ')', '{', '}', '[', and ']', determine if the input string is valid according to the following rules:
- Open brackets must be closed by the same type of brackets.
- Open brackets must be closed in the correct order.
- Every closing bracket must have a corresponding earlier opening bracket of the same type.
Input
A string s.
Output
A boolean value.
Constraints
- The length of the string
sranges from0to10^5.
