Introducing the redesigned deployments experience

This post introduces a redesigned Bitbucket Pipelines Deployments page. Key improvements include a cleaner, column-based layout for environments, enhanced filtering capabilities, richer deployment cards displaying essential information (status, environment name, build number, commit details, time), easily accessible deployment history panels, and live, real-time updates as pipelines execute. It also provides a sample `bitbucket-pipelines.yml` for teams new to Bitbucket Deployments.
