Introduces the Cerebras CS-3, a third-generation wafer-scale AI accelerator. Key advancements include: 2x performance increase over CS-2 with no increase in power or cost, 10x improvement in cluster scalability (up to 2048 CS-3 systems), and significantly increased external memory options (up to 1,200 TB) enabling training of models up to 24 trillion parameters. The SwarmX interconnect simplifies distributed computing by presenting the cluster as a single chip. Condor Galaxy 3, a 64 CS-3 system supercomputer, is highlighted as an example of exa-scale performance with single-device simplicity. A partnership with Qualcomm is also announced for 10x faster LLM inference.
