Account WAF now available to Enterprise customers

Summary
Introduces Account WAF for Enterprise customers, enabling a single WAF configuration to be deployed across multiple domains. This feature allows for the management of Managed, Firewall, and Rate Limiting rulesets from a single interface, using Wirefilter syntax to define deployment filters based on hostnames or groups of domains. This significantly simplifies security management for organizations with a large number of domains.
