Announcing workers.dev

Introduced the workers.dev domain, allowing developers to deploy Cloudflare Workers to a subdomain without requiring an existing Cloudflare domain. This simplifies the onboarding process for new users and serverless projects. The workers.dev website itself is powered by Cloudflare Workers, showcasing its capabilities for serving static sites, A/B testing, and handling pre-registration APIs.
