Browser Rendering API GA, rolling out Cloudflare Snippets, SWR, and bringing Workers for Platforms to all users

The Browser Rendering API is now generally available for all paid Workers customers, with the addition of session management for reusing browser instances to improve performance and reduce costs. Cloudflare Snippets are beginning a phased rollout to 5% of users, offering programmable HTTP request and response modifications. Asynchronous revalidation with stale-while-revalidate (SWR) is planned for the second half of 2024, built on a new Rust-based CDN architecture. Workers for Platforms is being made available to all developers on a $25 pay-as-you-go plan, with enhanced observability and platform control features like Custom Limits, Tail Workers, and Outbound Workers.
