Browser Run: now running on Cloudflare Containers, it’s faster and more scalable

The state management for containers has been migrated from Workers KV to D1 and Queues to overcome scalability bottlenecks and achieve lower latency for state updates. This migration has resulted in a 4x increase in browser spin-up limits, a >50% reduction in Quick Action response times, and faster browser upgrades, enabling new features like WebGL and WebMCP.
