Cache Reserve goes GA: enhanced control to minimize egress costs

Cache Reserve has graduated to General Availability (GA) with several new features: 1. Enhanced analytics in the Cache overview showing Cache Reserve usage over time and estimated egress savings. 2. A new 'delete storage' button to clear all data in Cache Reserve without affecting the edge cache. 3. Integration with Cache Rules, allowing users to define specific eligibility criteria for content to be stored in Cache Reserve, moving beyond the default of caching all eligible files.
