Cloudflare Workers and Containers now support inbound TCP connections and gRPC

What this post added

Introduced the `connect(socket)` handler in the Workers runtime to accept inbound TCP connections, enabling full-duplex communication with containers and Durable Objects. Added support for gRPC applications by automatically converting between gRPC-web and gRPC protocols, allowing Workers to serve and call gRPC APIs without containers, and enabling gRPC servers to be deployed in Cloudflare Containers.
