Cloudflare Workers and Containers now support inbound TCP connections and gRPC

Introduces the `connect(socket)` handler for inbound TCP connections in Cloudflare Workers, enabling routing of raw TCP sockets from Spectrum. Extends Workers to support full-duplex communication with gRPC servers running in containers or other Workers. Adds automatic conversion between gRPC and gRPC-web, allowing Workers to serve and consume gRPC APIs without requiring clients to change their implementation. This enables the deployment of gRPC-based applications, including real-time voice AI, on Cloudflare's edge network.
