Cloudflare’s SOC as a Service
This post announces the general availability of Cloudflare SOC as a Service. This service augments customer security teams by providing 24x7x365 monitoring, triage, response, and mitigation of security threats and operational disruptions. It leverages Cloudflare's security products and a dedicated team of Security Operations Engineers. The service utilizes a proprietary, algorithm-based alerting system that baselines traffic patterns to minimize false positives and detect unmitigated events. It categorizes alerts as informational or actionable, prioritizing immediate response to actionable events. The service also offers integration with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) who can provide hands-on-keyboard configuration updates, fine-tuning, and integration with third-party security tools and SIEM platforms.
