Delegated Credentials for TLS

Introduced support for Delegated Credentials for TLS, a new cryptographic protocol developed with industry partners. This feature allows for short-lived authorization keys to be pushed to edge servers, enabling faster and more reliable TLS termination compared to pull-based systems like Keyless SSL.
