Dynamically optimize, clip, and resize video from any origin with Media Transformations

Introduced Media Transformations, a new service that extends Image Transformations capabilities to short-form video files. This allows dynamic optimization, clipping, and resizing of videos fetched directly from customer origins (R2, S3) into MP4 format. Key features include URL-based transformations with options for mode (video, frame, spritesheet), time, duration, fit, height, width, and audio control. The service leverages the On-the-Fly Encoder (OTFE) platform used by Stream Live and caches transformed content. Input limits include file size (<40MB), MP4 format, and h.264 encoding. Pricing will align with Image Transformations post-beta.
