Introducing Web Search API via AI Gateway

Summary
This post introduces the integration of a Web Search API into Cloudflare's AI Gateway. This enables AI agents to fetch live internet data, grounding their responses with current information. The feature supports multiple web search providers (Ceramic.ai, Exa, Linkup) and can be accessed via REST API and Workers bindings. It draws from AI Gateway credits for usage and provides observability logs. Partners are committed to Cloudflare's bot crawling standards. Future work includes native server tools within AI Gateway.
