Leave your VPN and cURL secure APIs with Cloudflare Access

Summary
Introduced `cloudflared`, a beta command-line tool that enables authentication for API requests protected by Cloudflare Access. This allows users to securely access APIs from the command line using JWTs, similar to browser-based authentication, by launching a browser for identity provider login and then securely transferring the JWT to the client machine. The tool includes a `curl` wrapper to automatically inject the JWT into the `cf-access-token` header.
