New WAF intelligence feeds

Summary
This post introduces four new managed IP lists (VPNs, Botnets, Command and Control Servers, Malware, and Anonymizers) that can be used within Cloudflare's WAF and Advanced Rate Limiting. These lists are maintained by Cloudflare based on threat intelligence feeds collected from analyzing internet patterns and behaviors across the Cloudflare network, combined with curated open-source data and partnerships. The post also details the integration of IP category annotations directly into the Cloudflare dashboard for WAF events, providing contextual information about the source IP's classification.
