Shellshock protection enabled for all customers

Summary
This post announces the automatic rollout of basic Shellshock protection for all Cloudflare customers (Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise) through the WAF, in addition to the enhanced protection already provided to paying customers. This extends the website security and threat management capability to cover a critical new vulnerability.
