Version and Stage Configuration Changes with HTTP Applications in Beta

Summary
Introduced HTTP Applications and Routing Rules to manage edge configuration by use case rather than by hostname. HTTP Applications allow for versioning of configurations, with each version representing a snapshot of settings. Routing Rules map hostnames to specific versions of HTTP Applications, enabling safe testing and deployment of changes. Staging rules allow for testing with specific edge IPs, while production rules apply validated changes to all customers. This addresses issues of manual configuration effort, risk of drift between production and staging, and error-prone manual change reproduction.
