Workers KV - free to try, with increased limits!

What this post added

Introduced a free tier for Workers KV with 100,000 read operations and 1,000 write, list, and delete operations per day, and a 1 GB storage limit. Increased the maximum value size for Workers KV from 10 MB to 25 MB. Provided code examples for using Wrangler to create and manage KV namespaces and upload/retrieve data.
