Workers KV - free to try, with increased limits!

Introduced a free tier for Workers KV with 100,000 read operations, 1,000 write/list/delete operations per day, and 1 GB of storage. Increased the maximum value size for Workers KV from 10 MB to 25 MB. Provided code examples for binding KV namespaces, uploading keys, and serving files from Workers. Highlighted use cases like mass redirects, access control, translation keys, and configuration data. Noted that for use cases requiring the most up-to-date data, Durable Objects is a better solution.
