Connect Your HTTP APIs to Confluent with Fully Managed Connectors

Introduces the HTTP Source V2 and HTTP Sink V2 connectors, enhancing Confluent Cloud's ability to integrate with HTTP APIs. New features include support for multiple APIs per hostname, OpenAPI 3.0 configuration, API testing during configuration, offset management, and client-side field-level encryption.
