New Paper Endpoints Released in Preview

Introduced new API endpoints: `/files/paper/create` for creating Paper documents, `/files/paper/update` for overwriting or appending content with different update policies (overwrite, append, prepend, update with revision check), and updated `/files/export` to support new Paper export formats and metadata. Demonstrated usage with curl examples and explained the `paper_revision` concept for conflict resolution during updates.
