GitLab.com now runs GitLab Enterprise Edition

GitLab.com now runs GitLab Enterprise Edition (EE), providing users with access to all GitLab features. This also allows GitLab to run EE at scale and monitor its own servers for performance regressions and other issues before they impact users. A separate internal installation is updated daily to the master branch of GitLab Community Edition (CE) to quickly discover breaking changes.
