C2PA Content Credentials Library

Credentio, an open-source C++ library for C2PA Content Credentials, has been introduced to support developers in building high-performance provenance tools. It enables local-first validation for performance, privacy, and scalability, with a small memory footprint. The library focuses on precise validation of Content Credentials, including trust list integration, comprehensive parsing of manifests, assertions, and digital signatures, and detailed verdict reports. Future plans include expanding capabilities to generate Content Credentials and embed them directly into media files.
