Introduces User Simulation, an LLM-powered prompt generator within the Agent Development Kit (ADK) evaluation framework. This feature dynamically generates multi-turn conversations based on high-level goals defined in `ConversationScenario` objects (containing `starting_prompt` and `conversation_plan`), moving away from brittle turn-by-turn scripts. It allows for configuration of the backing LLM model, model parameters, and turn budget via `EvalConfig`. The primary benefit is reducing test creation time, building more resilient tests focused on intent achievement, and creating a reliable regression suite for AI agents.
