Elixir ML Integration

Hugging Face models are now accessible in the Elixir community through the Bumblebee library, which is a pure Elixir implementation of Hugging Face Transformers. This integration leverages the Nx (Numerical Elixir) project, which provides multi-dimensional tensors and numerical definitions compilable to CPU/GPU via bindings to Google XLA (EXLA) and Libtorch (Torchx). Other related projects include Axon for functional composable Neural Networks and Explorer for dataframes. Bumblebee and Tokenizer are the most recent releases. Future plans include training and transfer learning of Neural Networks in Elixir.
