Add build/project details to your extension page on Marketplace

Introduced a 'project details' section on the extension page (in the right rail) to group repository and badge information. This section also pulls relevant data from GitHub, including active pull requests, open issues, and time since the last commit. Publishers can now add 'repository' and 'badges' sections to their extension manifest to populate these links.
