Changes to the Process Templates between VS 2012 Beta, RC and RTM

Details changes to process templates between VS 2012 Beta, RC, and RTM. From Beta to RC, the 'complexity' field was added back to the User Story work item type for prioritization, and the 'Assigned To' field was made required for Feedback Response in the Active state. For CMMI, the 'stack rank' field was added to the Requirement work item type. From RC to RTM, the 'Closed Date' field was made required for the Agile 'User Story' in the Closed state, and default text in the description field for User Story and Product Backlog Item was removed. The Scrum template added a transition from New to Committed for Bug and Product Backlog Item, and the 'Closed Date' field was added to the Task.
