How we are improving notifications in Team Services

Introduced significant improvements to Team Services notifications focusing on scale, performance, and user experience. Key new features include an improved account-level notification configuration UI for users, new delivery options for team subscriptions (direct email to a distribution list or to team members associated with the activity), and opt-in 'out-of-the-box' notifications for common events (work item assignment, PR reviewer updates, PR updates, build completion). Also announced upcoming features for multiple recipients on the same email and an improved custom subscription experience.
