JavaScript/Native Interop Debugging in Visual Studio 2013

Summary
Introduced a new debugger type "Native with Script" in Visual Studio 2013 for debugging JavaScript and Native code simultaneously. This debugger type provides the full Native debugging experience with added JavaScript support, allowing for simultaneous debugging of both code types within a single Visual Studio instance. This resolves limitations of the Visual Studio 2012 workaround, such as requiring two instances of Visual Studio and unresponsiveness when one instance is in a break state. The "Native with Script" experience allows for setting breakpoints in both native and JavaScript files, viewing call stacks with both code types, and inspecting local variables in JavaScript frames.
