Visual Studio Online Process Customization

This post announces the upcoming availability of process customization for Visual Studio Online (VSO), including a private preview for customers to bring their on-premises TFS customized process templates. It introduces the concepts of 'shared process' and 'inherited process' to simplify process management and customization. A new web-based customization experience is planned to replace the Process Template Editor, and a new work item form will be introduced with support for extensions and interactive elements.
