Milvus 2.2.10 & 2.2.11: Minor Updates for Enhanced System Stability and User Experience

Milvus 2.2.10 introduced role-based access control (RBAC) for the FlushAll and Database APIs. Milvus 2.2.11 improved error codes for the minio chunk manager, utilized a singleton coroutine pool, reduced RocksMq disk usage with zstd compression, fixed QueryNode panics, rectified read request throttling, fixed GetObject null values on MacOS, and fixed a crash caused by incorrect use of the noexcept modifier.
