Introducing git-test

Introduced git-test, a command-line tool that automates running tests on local Git commits. It intelligently selects commits to test (those on the current branch not in upstream), caches test results based on tree hashes to speed up subsequent runs, and captures test output. It also supports filtering commits by file path and integrates with git bisect for bug hunting.
