Lint Rule Stress Testing

Vercel partnered with Biome to stress test and strengthen their `noFloatingPromises` lint rule. Engineers devised creative test cases involving arrays of Promises, Promise-like objects, structural typing tricks, conditional type aliases, Proxy-based Promises, frozen Promise objects, Promise-returning object members, property getters, type remapping with getters, short-circuit operators, randomized expressions, and optional chaining fallbacks to identify subtle edge cases and ensure robust error handling.
