Add structure to your pipeline with multiple steps in Bitbucket Pipelines

Introduced support for multiple steps in Bitbucket Pipelines, allowing users to structure pipelines logically, test against different build environments, and separate deployment steps. Steps run in separate Docker containers and can be configured with different Docker images, caches, services, and artifacts. This is a stepping stone towards parallel and manual steps.
