Predefine values of custom pipeline variables

Introduced the `allowed-values` property for custom pipeline variables in Bitbucket Pipelines. This property allows users to define a dropdown list of predefined values for a variable, improving user experience and reducing configuration errors by preventing free-text input. An example pipeline configuration and a screenshot of the 'Run pipeline' dialog are provided.
