Reimagining how you structure workflows in Bitbucket Pipelines

This post introduces a new top-level `triggers` property and `condition` blocks within Bitbucket Pipelines YAML. It enables event-driven pipeline execution with complex logical expressions and glob functions for conditions, supporting parallel fan-out of multiple custom pipelines.
