Scheduled pipelines now available in Bitbucket Pipelines

Introduces the ability to schedule Bitbucket Pipelines runs by defining custom pipelines in `bitbucket-pipelines.yml` and creating schedules for branches from the Pipelines view. Pipelines can be configured for hourly, daily, or weekly execution.
