Agents that remember: introducing Agent Memory

Introduced Agent Memory, a managed service for AI agents that provides persistent memory. This service addresses context rot by extracting information from agent conversations during compaction and storing it for future retrieval. It offers an opinionated API for ingesting conversations, remembering specific facts, recalling relevant information, listing memories, and forgetting outdated ones. The ingestion pipeline includes deterministic ID generation, a multi-stage extraction process (full and detail passes), and verification against source transcripts. Agent Memory integrates with Cloudflare Workers via bindings or a REST API and can be used by individual agents, custom agent harnesses, and for shared memory across teams and tools.
