Cloudflare OS: an open platform for agents, apps, and work

This post introduces Cloudflare OS, an open platform for agents, apps, and work, built on a new foundation for security and governance. It enables organizations to deploy their own AI agents and workspaces, grounded in company-specific context and skills. Key components include an agent workspace with isolated runtime, a new security and governance framework with Gatekeepers for controlled access to internal systems, and a platform for building and sharing personal, modifiable apps. The platform records agent observations to enforce policies and prevent data exfiltration. It integrates with existing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and provides a typed binding system for resource access.
